I was traveling from NC to SC when I started having car issues. I googled the nearest Nissan dealership. It brought me to Dick Smith Nissan in Lexington. My service person was Seth. They were in the middle of closing. He said they would get to my car on Monday. I received a rental car from them. He kept his promise and then some. My car was fixed on Monday. My service was excellent. My vehicle was assessed quickly. My problem was found and handled in a timely manner and my service provider was very knowledgeable and did all she could to assist me. She also answered many questions I had as well. Overall 100/10.
It was a pretty painless process and went quicker than I expected. My salesman was very nice and helpful! I got a new Nissan Rogue and am so excited about it! It’s a great looking vehicle! I’ve never had a Nissan before so I still have a lot to learn about it but I’m getting better each day!
This was the fourth time I visited the dealership for the same issue with the stereo system not working properly. Jaclyn was very helpful and persistent throughout the process. She continued advocating on my behalf and didn’t give up until the problem was resolved. This time, they replaced the entire stereo system. Hopefully, the issue is truly fixed now.

I came for an oil change the day before I was leaving for an out of town trip. The morning we were supposed to leave, there was a giant oil spot under my car in my garage! Good thing I noticed it. They were not open so I had to go somewhere else. Fortunately it was just a loose oil plug and we were low 1/4 quart. Thank goodness for jiffy lube being open on Sunday and fixing it for free. If I didn’t have a service contract, I’d not return..

Very satisfied with the overall maintenance conducted on my vehicle. I needed tires to be balanced and rotated and all work listed in the work order was completed thoroughly and to my satisfaction. Any additional questions I had regarding any work warranty were also answered. Great job overall!

They don’t give you any information, they take advantage of customers that don’t have knowledge of mechanic .they made me paid 4 hours of services and they don’t give me any proof of their work . They are really rude and unprofessional.
I did my research and decided what car I wanted and where to get it. Everyone was polite and helpful. The only downside it moved along slower than expected. Otherwise I am a firm believer that all efforts have room for improvement.

I have been unhappy with the service I have received on several visits! The guys in the service department not doing proper inspections! One visit they did not tighten my oil plug and I took a trip from SC to NC leaking oil the whole way! I took it to Nissan in NC and they fixed it and then told me that they never put my dust guard back under my vehicle on top of that! Felt like they weren’t up front with pricing and I signed for an oil change only at $115. After getting my car and receipt I see they added things. When they asked about filters I said engine only and he said they have to do both at same time so I said then only the oil change. This dealer does not care about the customer. Was quoted one price then sent to cashier and quote was doubled. Waited almost two hours to get four lug nuts put on. Do not go to the service department because you are not valued as a customer. They only want to make as much money as possible off of you. I would not recommend anyone go to this dealership. This is not the first time this dealership has ripped me off. I only went back because they were the only place I could get the Nissan part from.
We bought a dealer demo: 2023 Titan Platinum Reserve. At the time the sales clerk informed maintenance that a problem with the front parking assist censor was out and the part would need to be ordered, at the last service I was informed that the sales person no longer worked there , and that part would have to come from the factory, and was not ordered. Disappointment does not even cover how I feel about this experience with the service department. I had an 8:30 service appointment for my new Nissan Rogue's oil change and tire rotation. It started when they had in the system the car I traded in for the Rogue. After they straightened that out, they told me the charges for the first tire rotation wasn't covered. Instead of using the correct oil that has been used car every time, they use their "bulk oil" which is a lighter weight oil than what my car takes
