I came in for a software update, a check engine light, and to check the brakes. I was told that my vehicle needed to have numerous repairs with a total estimate of over $10,000. However, after having another mechanic review the items on the list, most of the items were not accurate. 1) Timing Cover Reseal estimated at over $4500. The mechanics at Williams Auto, said there is no oil leak, but it was dirty, possibly from spilled oil, from a recent oil change. 2) Rear rotors do not need to be replaced. 3) Rear differential fluid does not need to be replaced. 4) Power steering ...

Service department, 2023 Titan Platinum Reserve, with extended warranty, 5 Mar 2023 it has been waiting a on a wiring harness, for now, almost a year, ask them to rotate the tires. Did not get done but they gave me a list of stuff that they wanted me to buy for $2000 and they didn't do a standard oil change. I would have to rate this company, probably a negative one. But the service people were nice and courteous, so I gave him a 2. But I won't recommend this place.

I have never been so unhappy with a vehicle I’m my life I bought a brand new 2017 Nissan Sentra less than 2 years ago. Since having it I’ve had to replace the inner tie rod and Nissan told me oh that’s your fault Probably your wife hit a curb women are always doing that. I was quoted over 2 grand. Everyone was very friendly (of course, I was a potential buyer). Perry Hunter was great and tried to meet all my requests, however, when I went to see the finance mgr. the payments were $100 over what I'd asked for. Maybe that could not be helped since I have not bought a car in 12 yrs. Can't comment on the service aspect as I'm a new buyer. Hope that goes well also. Will let you know, if not. I called the day before and scheduled an appointment to have my oil changed, and truck serviced for 9:30 A.M. the next day. I dropped my truck off at approximately 9:30 and asked the customer service rep what the approximate wait time would be. He stated about 45 minutes to an hour. I purchased a 2010 Dodge Nitro 8 months ago and had constant problems with the vehicle. After 8 months of issues I went back to dealership to get out of vehicle. This was the worst experience of my life. The dealer was nice to me until it was time to talk numbers. They tried to charge me 2k more than the vehicle was listed and said they could give me a 10 percent interest rate for a 2012 Nissan frontier SV crew cab. Barren Pilgrim and Rob Valentine were two of the worst salesmen I have ever encountered. They were rude and completely pressured us to buy a car.

The salesman and GM were deceiving and excuse makers to hide their incompetence in this transaction. Only interested in making a sale and NOT customer satisfaction afterwards. I bought a Certified pre-owned vehicle, NOT just a used vehicle, big difference. Very bad customer service. Will never shop there again, nor will I suggest this dealership to potential car buyers. BUYERS beware at this place.
