2025 Nissan Kicks named to 2025 Wards 10 Best Interiors & UX List

The all-new 2025 Nissan Kicks has been racking up awards and honors since it debuted in the fall of 2024, and this month it has made Wards’ 10 Best Interiors and UX list for 2025, beating out every other car in its class. As one of the few vehicles that start under $25,000, which include the Versa and Sentra, the Kicks has been heralded for its upmarket design and features without compromising its value. Nissan also gives Kicks owners free regularly scheduled maintenance for the first two years or 24,000 miles, whichever comes first.
Meet The All-New Kicks The brand-new Kicks is available in three trim levels: S, SV, and SR. All models are powered by a 2.0-liter inline-4 engine with 141 horsepower and 140 lb-ft of torque combined with an Xtronic CVT. Front-wheel drive is standard. The Kicks can also be optioned with all-wheel drive, a rarity for a vehicle of this price range. Pricing starts from $21,830 for the base S model and goes up to $27,680 for the Kicks SR AWD trim. Regardless of trim level, all-wheel drive can be optioned.
A Word from Wards
“The Nissan Kicks provides high levels of tech and comfort in the cabin, the sorts of things that today’s consumers are looking for,” said Gary Vasilash, Wards 10 Best Interiors & UX judge.
A Word from Nissan
“We aimed for delivering an exceptional in-cabin experience, and that’s exactly what the 2025 Kicks does,” said Vinay Shahani, Senior Vice President of U.S. Marketing and Sales, Nissan Americas. “We’re honored to see Kicks named to Wards 10 Best list in recognition of the advanced tech, smart design, and comfort that Kicks provides, all at a price point that stands out from the crowd.”
Great New Tech Features
Nissan made sure to give customers plenty of reasons to fall in love with the new Kicks, including USB-C ports in the SR model. Both the SV and SR models offer a wireless charging pad, a 12.3-inch touchscreen infotainment display, and wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto capability. The 2025 Kicks SR with Premium Package also gets a 10-speaker Bose Personal Plus audio system for extra crisp audio.
Excellent Safety is Standard
The small Nissan crossover comes standard with Nissan Safety Shield 360, which features Automatic Emergency Braking with Pedestrian Detection, Lane Departure Warning, Rear Automatic Braking, Rear Cross Traffic Alert, Blind Spot Warning, and High Beam Assist. S and SV models also come with Intelligent Cruise Control. The SR receives ProPILOT Assist, which uses the Intelligent Cruise Control to give steering assistance to keep the vehicle centered in the lane. These trims also feature Intelligent Around View Monitor, a class-exclusive feature that offers a full 360-degree view around the car when parking. Easy-Fill Tire Alert is standard and informs you with a honk when you have filled a tire with the correct amount of air, so you don’t overfill. Rear Door Alert and Intelligent Driver Alertness also come standard.
