Rogue Is One of the Best-Selling Cars, For Good Reason

Nissan updated the Rogue in 2024 with revised technology and a freshened-up appearance, which helped make the vehicle the ninth best-selling car in America with 245,724 models sold. All trim levels are powered by a 1.5-liter Variable Compression Turbo, or VC-Turbo, motor that produces 201 horsepower and 225 lb-ft of torque. VC-Turbo technology allows the engine to adapt to the type of driving at hand and can either maximize fuel efficiency or increase performance for speed.

Incredible Fuel Mileage

The Rogue has best-in-class fuel economy. The EPA estimates that front-wheel drive models achieve 30 mpg in the city and 37 mpg on the highway, while all-wheel drive models only lose two mpg in both driving cycles.

The Pathfinder Is More Than Just a Family Vehicle

For buyers who need a little extra space, the three-row Pathfinder easily fits that bill. Powered by a 3.5-liter V6 that puts out 284 horsepower and 259 lb-ft of torque in all trim levels save for the Rock Creek, which gets an extra 11 horsepower and 11 lb-ft of torque. The S, SV, and SL trims will tow up to 3,500 lbs when properly equipped, with Rock Creek and Platinum models able to tow 6,000 lbs. The Rock Creek also comes with a roof rack that can handle an impressive 260 lbs of cargo.

Four-wheel-drive models get the same highway fuel economy but actually do one mpg better in city driving. The Rock Creek edition gets 20 city and 23 highway.
