Nissan earns six Vincentric Best Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) Value in America Awards
Buying a car isn’t always about getting a brand-new model. Some people need to get a used car because of pricing. Sometimes, the best way to get into a new car is to find a model that’s a couple to a few years old. However, you also don’t want to buy just some cheap used car as you may never get your value out of it when you choose to sell it. This is what makes Nissan such a compelling car on the used market, as they have just won six awards for the 2025 Best Certified Pre-Owned Value in America Award by Vincentric.
Who Is Vincentric?
Vincentric is a company dedicated to providing independent data analysis of operating and repair costs in the automotive industry through the Dynamic Cost to Own methods with their special cost-of-ownership database. The top automakers, like Nissan, finance industry specialists, news organizations, and the like, all use Vincentric to measure vehicles and brands’ success at keeping costs down for customers.
Nissan Is the Best Passenger Car Brand Overall
Nissan as a whole won the Passenger Car Brand category for the second time in the history of Vincentric’s evaluations, beating out the likes of Toyota, Honda, Hyundai, Kia, and more. The Versa took the top prize for best CPO car in the Subcompact category thanks to the lowest operating and repair costs in its class. The all-new Z was named the best Sports Car thanks to having the lowest repair costs in its class. Like the Z, the all-new Nissan Kicks has the lowest repair costs in the Subcompact SUV category. Last but not least, the pure EV Ariya took the Compact SUV class with the lowest repair and operating costs of any car in its class.
A Word from Vincentric
“The Vincentric Best CPO Value in America Awards are designed to take the guess-work out of shopping for a certified pre-owned vehicle,” said Vincentric President, David Wurster. “Many consumers choose the route of a CPO vehicle to save money on the initial purchase price while still having the peace of mind of a manufacturer warranty. However, they may not know which models can continue to save them money into the future. Our awards can be used as a guideline to help consumers have confidence that their next vehicle purchase will deliver strong value, low ownership costs, or both.”
A Word from Nissan
“Earning recognition across multiple segments underscores Nissan’s commitment to delivering affordability and quality throughout the vehicle lifecycle,” said Judy Wheeler, Vice President, Nissan Sales and Regional Operations, Nissan U.S. “Customers are at the heart of all we do, and CPO value is yet another way our strong product lineup is delivering what they’re looking for.”
